I have experience in assembling and leading cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and other experts to deliver projects on time and within budget. I have the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to keep everyone focused on the objectives of the project. This ability to lead and manage teams is critical to the successful delivery of large scale programs.
