I am experienced in translating complex business needs into IT/ Digital/ HR/ L&D/ UR/ PMO strategy. My ability to understand and analyze business requirements, and then develop a plan to address them using technology and process improvements, is a key strength. I have a deep understanding of how different departments and functions within an organization work together and how to align technology and process improvements to support their goals.

I also have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing implementation teams. I have experience in assembling and leading cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and other experts to deliver projects on time and within budget. I have the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to keep everyone focused on the objectives of the project. This ability to lead and manage teams is critical to the successful delivery of large scale programs.
