Challenge the ordinary. Redefine the possible.

Get payed

You have two options when it comes to getting payed. You either get payed for your time or for your results.

Most people are getting payed for their time. They just rent their selves from 9 to 5 based on the skills they posses. If they are doing a good job and they are efficient they can leave at 5. But if they have some more work to do, some extra tasks, they have to stay overtime which is mostly payed. That’s as clear as it can be that you are getting payed for your time.

On the other hand, there are people who get payed for the results they have. They can work one minute or they can work one hour, no one cares. What matter is the results they produce, the product they deliver.

There are advantages to both ways. Renting your time is a great way to ensure a steady flow of money and even when there’s not much work to do, you will still get the same pay. It offers stability and a sense of security.

On the other hand, people who are payed for their results don’t have the same stability. But they also have the opportunity to make a lot more money in a shorter amount of time, if they are really good, that is. One more benefit is that you get to choose what you work on, what projects to take and how much free time you have.

Either way is fine, but be certain you know what you are getting payed for.
